Shipping & Returns


It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is accepted. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been accepted, we will not be able to make any changes. Please note that order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

 

Items Availability

All orders made are subject to availability. We are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. You will be emailed when you order cannot be fulfilled and be eligible for a full refund for the non-deliverable item.

Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your new items, but if you’re not fully happy, you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving them, beginning the day after your order is received. You then have another 14 days to physically return the order to us. We recommend that you hang onto your receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage/tracking until your refund has cleared.

All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please include your packing slip in your return parcel so we know who to refund. 

We are unfortunately not able to offer exchanges. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that in cases when the above criteria are not met, we won't be able to offer a full refund. You might be offered store credit instead.

We ship worldwide.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. 

Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

UK shipping- 
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business working days. 

 If our supply of the items is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Please note we will not be liable for delays caused by the courier. 

All our customers are fully responsible for contact and delivery information submitted with their orders. Please double check before submitting for any spelling mistakes. If you made a mistake please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that once the items are dispatched, we might not be able to help retrieving them. We are not liable for items lost or delivered to incorrect address and you won't be entitled to a refund.

 

Price and Payment

 The price of any items will be as stipulated on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the items you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to provide the items to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on this website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Therefore, except as provided above, price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted.

 

All payments are received securely. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment, you will be notified the transaction has failed. We do our best to stop fraudulent transactions and you might be contacted by us if the transaction looks suspicious. However we do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. In cases where fraudulent transaction is detected, your order will be canceled.
