InLoveWithFashion Returns Policy
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with providing you request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of the item being received. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that items must be returned with the swing ticket intact and still attached to the garment. You will have to pay for your own postal cost for all refunds requested that you wish to return to us.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Barry M products, Hair Accessories or Earrings. All other accessories are only returnable with the orginal packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link in My Account menu.
3. Then Click the Return Item(s) button.
We will then email you to confirm that this has been received and a unique authorisation number (RAN) will be issued (If you have not received the email, please check it has not been filtered in to your junk or spam mail folder). Write this number in LARGE capital letters on the outside of your package along with your name and address.
Please note that if the above information is not clearly visible, your package will not be accepted at our warehouse.
Once you have been allocated your unique return authorisation number (RAN) you have 14 days to return the item, again if your returned item is received after the 14 days have expired your package will not be accepted.
All returns should be sent to the address detailed in your RAN confirmation email.
Please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is received at LOVE for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email once your REFUND or RETURN has been completed, not delivered to us.
Please note that you may only return the item once you have received notification back.
We highly recommend that you send packages via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or any other service that offers a tracking service, as the package is not our responsibility until it reaches us. Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returned items.
Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse and inspection confirms the goods are returned as sold the refund will be processed. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account and will show on your statement as a credit from LOVE. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
Note: Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You will be unable to get a Returns Authorisation Code from the web if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. If items are not found in the original condition that they were sent then they will be sent back to you.
For all exchanges we will try to complete your request however if this cannot be completed then we will also refund your purchase.
Returns on '2 for' categories
If you choose to return a product purchased with a '2 for' offer you will be charged the individual price for the item you have not returned. So if you purchased an item that was individually priced at £17.00 and another at £18.00 with the 2 for £25 offer and returned the £17.00 item you will be refunded £7.00 as the individual item kept is £18.00.
Returns on '3 for' categories
Due to the nature of the 3 for £29.99 offer we regret that you are only able to return all 3 items.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
InLoveWithFashion Shipping Options
Standard Delivery for £4.00 per order for UK destinations including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOM and Northern Scotland (Please allow 2-5 working days). Our carrier for this service is HERMES- (delivered between 7am and 9pm).
Next Working Day Delivery for £4.99 per order for UK destinations excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, IOM and Northern Scotland. This option is only available from Monday to Thursday for all orders received by 3pm. Our carrier for this service is DPD - (delivered between 9am and 5pm) and will require a signature. Any orders made after 3pm will be classed as the following day's, next day delivery.
Southern Ireland for £15.00 per order. This option is only available from Monday to Thursday for all orders received by midday. Our carrier for this service is Royal Mail until your package reaches Ireland whereby the responsibility passes to the Irish National Post Service.
Next Day Saturday Delivery for £14.00 per order for UK destinations excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOM and Northern Scotland. This option is only available on orders recieved by Midday on Friday. Our carrier for this service is DPD - (delivered between 9am and 5pm) and will require a signature. Any orders made after midday on Friday will be classsed as a Monday delivery.
Please note that orders under £10 do not qualify for free shipping and a standard cost of £2 will be charged.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday.
We always aim to ship to you within 1-3 working days of your payment being received.
Any orders placed on a Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday and then delivered to you the next working day.
International Standard Deliveries:
Your order will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail or DPD.
Please note that estimated delivery time will be stated after you have chosen the shipping address.
Please be aware that InLoveWithFashion work with reputable vendors. The vendor will be detailed within the product page. Any product supplied by a vendor will be independently shipped by the vendor and not InLoveWithFashion and may therefore incur a delivery charge. This will be clearly stated within the product description. InLoveWithFashion's return policy will apply to all products purchased via a vendor where possible. Please note the vendor will manage the returns process and returns will need to be sent to the address detailed in the RAN authorisation email.
