I haven't received a RAN number?

For all RAN numbers please make sure you check your junk and spam mail first. Your RAN number will appear in this formation: SMITH20022011. If you have not received your RAN number within 48 hours of submitting your return request please contact: customer.service@inlovewithfashion.com

How long from the day InLoveWithFashion receive my return will it take to process my refund?

Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your refund has been processed.

How long will it take for my refund to clear into my paypal or bank account?

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your refund to clear back into your bank account or 48 hours from your payment to clear into your Paypal account.


How do I find my tracking number?

Tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order will be shipped. You can also find your tracking number on your account. Follow these steps: log in to your account and click: view order status.


Am I able to return my item for an exchange?

You can return your item for an exchange as long as the item is available in the size you request. When requesting an exchange please write in the notes EXCHANGE along with the required size.

What does 'awaiting fulfilment means' ?

'Awaiting fulfilment' means that your order is being processed. Once processed you will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched. You can also track the status of your order via your InLoveWithFashion account.
